Welcome to TianHong AI ("the Service"), an AI-powered content creation and multi-platform distribution platform operated by TianHong Technology ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, software, and related services.

1. Service Description
1.1 TianHong AI provides AI video generation, content management, and one-click publishing to multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, TikTok, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, and Instagram.
1.2 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will endeavor to provide advance notice for material changes.
1.3 You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own internet connection and compatible devices.
2. Account Registration and Security
2.1 You must register an account to access full features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
2.3 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, rent, or share your account.
2.4 If we detect unauthorized use of your account, we may suspend it and notify you.
2.5 You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon deletion, your account data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except as required by law.
3. Third-Party Platform Integration
3.1 YouTube Integration
To publish videos to YouTube, you must explicitly authorize TianHong AI to access your YouTube account via OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your Google Account settings (https://myaccount.google.com/permissions).
We request only the minimum necessary scopes:
- youtube.upload - To upload videos to your channel
- youtube.readonly - To display your channel name and avatar for account selection
We do NOT access, read, modify, or delete your existing videos, playlists, or comments.
3.2 TikTok Integration
To publish videos to TikTok, you must explicitly authorize TianHong AI to access your TikTok account via OAuth 2.0. You may revoke this authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings.
3.3 General Terms for All Platforms
For all connected platforms, we act solely as your agent for publishing. You retain full control over:
- The content of each video
- Privacy settings (public, unlisted, private, or platform equivalents)
- Titles, descriptions, tags, and cover images
- Whether to publish immediately or save as draft
All AI-generated videos published to any platform will be labeled as "AI-generated content" in accordance with each platform's content guidelines.
We do not store your platform login credentials. We only store encrypted access tokens necessary to perform publishing actions on your behalf.
4. User Content and Intellectual Property
4.1 You retain all ownership rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through the Service.
4.2 You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your content solely for the following purposes:
- Displaying the content within the Service for your own management and review
- Transmitting the content to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok) that you have authorized
- Generating anonymous, aggregated analytics to improve our AI models
We will not use your content for commercial advertising, sell it to third parties, or train our AI models on your private content without your explicit consent.
4.3 The Service itself, including all software, trademarks, logos, and underlying technology, is our property and is protected by intellectual property laws.
4.4 You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual property rights.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Violate the Terms of Service of any connected platform (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
- Infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory
- Use bots, scripts, or automated means to abuse the Service
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
- Scrape or extract data from the Service or connected platforms without authorization
Violation of these rules may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
6.1 We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and is subject to change with notice.
6.2 Subscription fees are charged in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
6.3 Refunds will be provided only where required by applicable law or if the Service was materially unavailable due to our fault.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party platform's Terms of Service.
