TianHong AI ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by TianHong Technology. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use the TianHong AI platform and related services (the "Service"), including our AI video generation and multi-platform publishing features.

1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account Information
When you register or log in, you may provide:
- Mobile phone number (required for real-name verification under applicable laws)
- Email address
- Third-party account information (avatar, nickname, email) when you choose to log in via Google, TikTok, Douyin, or other platforms
1.2 TikTok Integration Data
When you choose to connect your TikTok account, we collect and store the following information with your explicit consent:
- TikTok Open ID and Union ID
- TikTok nickname and profile avatar
- Access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest and in transit)
- Video publish status and publish IDs
We use this data solely to enable video publishing to your TikTok account on your behalf. We do not share your TikTok data with any third parties.
1.3 YouTube Integration Data
When you choose to connect your YouTube account, we collect and store the following information with your explicit consent:
- YouTube channel ID, channel name, and profile avatar
- OAuth 2.0 access tokens and refresh tokens (encrypted at rest and in transit)
- Video metadata (title, description, tags, category, privacy status) you provide when publishing
- Video publish status and video IDs
We use this data solely to:
- Display your channel information in our account selection interface
- Publish videos to your YouTube channel when you explicitly click "Publish"
We do NOT access, read, modify, or delete your existing videos, playlists, or comments. All API calls are user-initiated.
1.4 AI-Generated Content (AIGC) Data
When you use our AI video generation feature, we process:
- Text prompts and image inputs you provide
- Generated video files and metadata
- Your selected publishing settings (privacy level, captions, hashtags, cover frame)
All AI-generated videos published to TikTok or YouTube are labeled as "AI-generated content" in accordance with platform content guidelines.
1.5 Usage and Device Information
To ensure service stability and security, we collect:
- Device model, operating system version, and device identifiers
- IP address and network access method
- Service logs, clickstream data, and search queries
- Crash reports and performance data
1.6 Payment Information
For paid services, payment details (name, card type, card number, expiry date, phone number) are collected and processed by our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To process AI video generation requests and publish videos to connected platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Douyin, etc.)
- To send service notifications, security alerts, and verification codes

3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- YouTube: When you authorize us, we transmit video files and publish metadata to YouTube's servers via the YouTube Data API. This sharing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and YouTube's Terms of Service.
- TikTok: When you authorize us, we transmit video files and publish metadata to TikTok's servers via the TikTok Content Posting API. This sharing is governed by TikTok's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Payment processors: To process subscription payments
- Cloud infrastructure providers: To host and store your data securely
- Legal authorities: When required by applicable law or to protect our rights
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Storage Location
Your personal data is stored on servers located in Hong Kong. If you are accessing the Service from outside this region, your data may be transferred across borders in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
4.2 Security Measures
We implement industry-standard security measures, including:
- SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest
- Role-based access controls and regular security audits
- Internal data handling policies limiting access to authorized personnel only

5. Data Retention

- YouTube/TikTok tokens: retained until you disconnect your account or the token expires
- AI-generated videos: retained according to your storage plan; deleted upon account deletion
- Log data: retained for up to 12 months for security and analytics purposes
Upon account deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. If you are under 18, please use the Service only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
